Three months after buying Healthology, iVillage struck again, purchasing HeathCentersOnline, another health publisher, for $11 million in cash and $1 million in stock. The company runs HeathCenterOnline, AllergyHealthOnline and HeathlyLivingOnline. iVillage, known for its focus on women, has been increasingly gunning for the medical market.
